1. About these terms

These terms apply when you use the free website preview service at creativeministry.net (the brief form, your private preview links and our emails about them). Creative Ministry is operated by Lutoiu Teodor-Cristian PFA, a sole trader registered in Romania, tax identification code (CUI) 54183780, registered office Bulevardul Bucurestii Noi 136, Ground Floor, Apt. 5, Sector 1, Bucharest, Romania. "We" and "us" mean that business. By sending a brief you agree to these terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

You must be at least 18 and able to act for the business you describe.

2. What the free preview is

You tell us about your business, confirm your email address, and we build up to three homepage drafts in different design directions (Standard, Editorial and Playground). They are written and designed with AI from the facts you give and confirm, then checked by our rulebook and reviewed by our team. We send them to you on a private link. The preview costs nothing and you don't need to give us a card.

We may decline a brief, or stop working on one, for example when details are missing or can't be checked, when the business falls under section 6, or when our capacity is full. If we do, we will tell you by email.

3. Drafts are previews, not delivered work

• A draft is an initial preview of a homepage. It isn't live on your domain, its forms don't send real inquiries, and parts may be placeholders or may contain mistakes. Check every fact before relying on it.
• A draft is not a finished product and does not come with a license to publish it as your website. Some photos in drafts come from stock libraries under their own license terms.
• We may change, regenerate or turn off preview links at any time. Ask us and we will turn yours off.
• We can't promise a draft will match what you imagined. That is what the call and the paid project are for.

4. Buying and launching a website

Nothing on the preview pages or in our emails is a binding offer. If you decide to buy, we confirm the direction you chose, the changes we agreed, the price, the timeline, what's included (such as hosting or your domain) and who owns what, in a separate written agreement. That agreement governs the paid work. Prices shown on our site are indicative until confirmed there. If it conflicts with these terms, the separate agreement wins.

5. Timing

Our target is to email your preview within 30 minutes of confirming your email on a complete brief. It's a service target, not a guarantee. Some drafts take longer, and some may not be delivered at all. If something goes wrong on our side, we won't send you something half-finished: we contact you by email instead.

6. Your content and acceptable use

You keep all rights in the details, logos and photos you send us. You allow us to use them to create, review and show you your drafts, and to talk with you about them. We don't publish them anywhere public. You confirm that you have the right to share them, and that any people shown in your photos have agreed to it.

When you use the service, please don't:

• submit a business you don't own or aren't authorized to represent, or use someone else's name or email;
• give false or misleading information, including made-up reviews, awards, licenses or prices;
• request a site for anything illegal, for adult content, weapons, gambling, or anything that promotes hate, violence or fraud;
• upload content that infringes someone else's rights, or anything harmful such as malware;
• send automated or bulk requests, get around our rate limits or bot checks, try to access other people's previews or our systems, or copy the service at scale.

We may refuse, remove or stop work on anything that breaks these rules, and block access to the service.

7. Our materials

The website, the preview service, our design system and the code behind them belong to us or our licensors. These terms don't transfer any of it to you. Rights in a website you buy are set out in the separate agreement in section 4.

8. No warranty, and limits on liability

The free preview is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost business arising from the free preview. Our total liability for the free preview is limited to 100 US dollars. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, such as liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your mandatory rights as a consumer.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Romanian law, and the courts of Romania have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country or state where you live, and you can bring claims there.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and the version in force when you sent your brief applies to it. Questions: teodor@creativeministry.net.
